The Centre for Asia Pacific Pro Bono (CAPPB) is housed within the Law Council of Australia Secretariat. It seeks to match requests for pro bono assistance from organisations (including governments) in the Asia-Pacific region with appropriate international pro bono legal service providers in Australia. In doing so, the CAPPB aims to support development in the law and justice sector of Asia-Pacific countries.

  • Official launch date set for CAPPB

    The Centre for Asia-Pacific Pro Bono (CAPPB) will be officially launched by the Law Council of Australia Secretary-General, Sally Walker, and the Commonwealth Attorney-General, the Hon. Nicola Roxon MP, at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra on Monday 16 July 2012.
